Disabling an Alert
Users can disable an existing alert to prevent it from being sent to recipients. Users can disable alerts when they don't want messages to be sent, but still want to access the alert for future use.
How to Disable an Alert
- Open the Back Office.
- Click the Maintenances icon.
- Click Alert Maintenance.
- Select an alert from the Alerts list.
- Click the Edit button.
- When the configure Alert window appears, de-select the Enabled check box. This will disable the alert.
- Click OK.
